This AI-powered recorder converts speech to text and generates smart summaries, doubling your efficiency. With a sleek aluminum alloy body and exceptional audio quality, it’s stylish, powerful, and everything you’ve ever wanted in a recorder.
The voice recorder works independently during recording and does not require a connection to your phone. It does not have built-in transcription capabilities; instead, after recording, you can connect it to the app on your phone to enable transcription and summarization features.
You can retrieve your recorded audio files in two ways:
1. Using a USB Cable:
Connect the voice recorder directly to your PC via a USB cable to transfer the recording files to your computer. Please note, however, that we do not provide AI transcription services on the PC. This method is solely for transferring audio files from the recorder to the PC.
2. Using the Companion App:
Download the FoCase Rec app from the App Store or Google Play. After recording, keep the voice recorder powered on and in a non-recording state, connect it to the app. Through the app, you can wirelessly transfer the audio files from the recorder to your phone. Once the files are in the app, you can use features such as voice-to-text transcription, AI-generated summaries, Mind Map creation, file sharing, renaming, and more.
Key Points About the App
1. The voice recorder itself does not have AI capabilities. AI features such as voice-to-text transcription, summaries and translation are only available when using the app.
2. The app is available for download on both the App Store and Google Play under the name FoCase Rec.
Voice-to-Text Transcription:
1. We offer 1,800 minutes of transcription each month. If you exceed this limit, you can purchase additional time at an affordable price.
2. The quality of transcription depends heavily on the clarity of the recorded audio. Please ensure you record in a quiet environment for the best results.
3. During peak times, transcription may require a short wait, but most files are processed within 2 minutes.
4. We support transcription for all major languages.
AI Summaries and Mind Maps:
1. AI summaries come with various templates tailored to different recording scenarios.
2. After generating a summary, the app will automatically create a descriptive title to help you quickly locate the desired file.
3. The AI summary feature is included with your voice recorder purchase, no additional payment required.

How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of savebig.ae
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Диктофон сделан крепко. Корпус алюминий. Русский язык есть. Звук пишет отлично. Кнопка немедленной записи сбоку работает отлично. Не надо даже включать. Всё монолитно и не скрипит. Передача на смартфон через блютуз и фирменную программу. Переводит в текст прекрасно. Далее обрабатывает ИИ. Попробывал записать Высоцкого. Хрип, треск и фирменное исполнение. Перевёл в текст прекрасно. Обработка ИИ вышла прикольная. Рекомендую попробывать. К Компу подключается как внешний диск. Запись в wav 256 кбт. Вывод: Прекрасный диктофон просто сам по себе. Как дополнение звук в текст и обработка ИИ. Если кому нужно. 30 часов в месяц на поиграться бесплатно. При записи на шумной улице прекрасно передаёт внешние звуки. Машины, собаки, дети бегающие в 10 метрах. Звук меркнет. Но разобрать можно. Вывод. Рекомендую. Ничем не хуже Сони и Панасоника. Дешевле и больше возможностей.

O gravador tem uma boa conectividade com o aplicativo, testei no Android e funcionou muito bem. A transcrição funciona quando o áudio está nítido, ou seja as vezes se a gravação for muito distante do microfone pode não transcrever. Mas funciona perfeitamente. Se graba bien, puede entregar una transcripción, un resumen y un mapa. Puedo pasar audios grabados y que los lea la grabadora y los reproduzca, lo que no he logrado es que los audios que grabó de mi computadora los transcriba el programa, aunque el grabador lo reconozca y eso es lo que más me interesa.
